Anonymous asked: I'm seeing a lot of nice art from a fair number of new faces in TSE.How do you go about finding new artists? What makes you go back and start using themconsistantly?
Anonymous asked: I'm loving Shane Tyree's work on Theological Indecision. As he's not an artist I recognize, tell me you guys intend to continue using him? He really conveys the mood of the card very well and the monk just looks so cool - especially the detail in that tattoo (hoping he becomes a recurring character, personality please!).

Anonymous asked: How do you make a character look "experienced"? Is the goal to make them look cooler than the previous incarnation, older, etc? What about story elements? Yoritomo Tarao, for instance, has possibly become a Fudoist per the story Small Enlightenments. Will some Fudoist religious items be added to an experienced version of him?

Anonymous asked: There is a bit of talk about subtle red capes suggested to be from raiders and the possible connection yodotai capes. Care to comment?
Anonymous asked: At GenCon 2011, you mentioned the art description for a future card as "Godzilla-like". Would that card happen to be Gakku? It looks like a good fit.
602vindicatorroad asked: In the art for the new Celestial Sword of the Crane there is a tree seen through a window behind the sword. is the tree drawn or is that an actual tree cropped in?

Anonymous asked: So, I was admiring Drew Baker's art on Doji Makoto today, really loving the warm colors that we don't usually see in Crane, and it occurred to me: Are the artists aware of the frame colors? If so do they choose palettes to contrast with the frames? Granted, with Makoto the orange works with the blue in the art as well, but I thought I'd ask.
